At FormalDressShops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your dress is not the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn dress in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the formal wear back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
